Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Lisa acquired her undergraduate degree in Social Work at the University of Georgia in 1998. She went on to study massage at the Atlanta School of Massage completing over 550 hours of education and training in a variety of healing techniques.

After 8 years of professional experience, she provides an integrated approach to wellness that incorporates clinical modalities, self awareness and energy work to provide a balanced and effective therapeutic experience. Her specialties include deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy while placing a strong emphasis on relaxation and stress reduction.

Lisa works especially well with injury repair, pain management and alleviating anxiety.
