Rachael Kasprzak LMT #11723
After growing up in Portland Racheal found it only natural to follow a
path involving the healing arts. She completed over 1,000 hours of
training in massage therapy and spa techniques at Ashmead School of
Massage. She graduated in 2004 but continued on with the Sports and
Clinical Program offered at the school. Licensed since 2005 Racheal has
worked at Spas in both the Columbia River Gorge and Gresham area.
Racheal has focused her work on Swedish relaxation massage to calm the
body and mind. And, for those mothers-to-be she has a pre-natal body
support cushion that is used throughout the massage. This is a nurturing
and relaxing massage for the mother-to-be. Special attention is given to
the mother's comfort and stage of pregnancy.
Racheal is also trained in Serpentine Hot Stone Massage, where 3 polished
Serpentine stones are heated and used throughout the massage. The heat
from the stones warm and relax the muscle tissue to create a deeper, more
soothing level of relaxation. |
