| Traditional Thai massage - This ancient form of massage originated in the temples and monasteries of Thailand. It is a combination of both asana yoga's rhythmic movement and acupressure. It promotes energy flow, increased flexibility and deep muscle relaxation.
Thai massage is performed with the client on a mat on the floor and dressed in loose, comfortable clothing. To receive maximum benefits a 2-3 hour massage is recommended.
