Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your reserved appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time without being charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will result in a late cancel charge of 50% of the appointment fee. The calculation of this fee will be based on the regular rate of the service scheduled, regardless of any discounts that would have been applied. In consideration of everyone's valuable time, no shows will result in a full charge of the appointment. You card on file will be charged.

Expiration policy for Gift Certificates/Series/Package Massages
All gift certificates sold are valued at the purchase price. Gift certificates sold at full price never expire. However, they can be subject to an additional charge if prices have changed or a service is no longer available.

All gift certificates sold at a discount rate or massages sold in a three pack are good for one year from the date of purchase. They must be used by the expiration date indicated on the certificate.

All gift certificates that are given out for a promotion expire. Promotions include, but are not limited to, auctions, races, and raffles. Please check the expiration date and use them within that time.

All gift certificate sales on products and services are final.

Spa Week
Spa Week has permanently ceased operations. As a result, Zama Massage is no longer able to accept Spa Week gift cards effective immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience, as this decision is outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Product Returns
We will refund any product within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unopened/unused and in original packaging.
We will make exchanges for products that have been opened/used within 15 days of purchase. Additional charges may apply to the exchange.

Booking appointments
A credit or debit card is required when booking online or over the phone. Please have the information ready when you book. This is required even if you are using a gift certificate. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.

Discounts
Only one discount is available for use at a time.  We do not combine discounts. For example, when purchasing a discounted massage package you cannot take an additional 10% off using the senior discount.

Discounts are only applied to the price of the massage. For example, when purchasing a 60 minute massage and an enhancement service the discount is applied to the price of the massage only.

Lost Items

Please do not bring jewelry or valuable possessions to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost items.

Accessibility Information

Zama Massage is located in a historic building within the Irvington Historic District and does not currently offer ramp access.

If you have accessibility needs, we encourage you to call or text us prior to booking so we can discuss possible accessibility accommodations.

If you purchase a gift certificate on the Website, we may collect the name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number of the recipient.
   (b) “Non-Personal Information” refers to information that does not, by itself, identify you or a specific individual. Examples of Non-Personal Information we may collect includes, without limitation, demographic information, which web pages of ours are most often visited, and which of our products are either receiving the most purchases or website visits.    1.2 Access and Change To Personal Information. We provide you with the ability to review, update, or correct Personal Information previously submitted by emailing us info@zamamassage.com. You may also review, update or correct your Personal Information at any time by logging into your account on ZAMAMASSAGE.COM. Being removed from our email list does not mean that you will automatically be removed from our regular mailing list. Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with Zama Massage, you expressly agree not to request a chargeback of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Zama Massage will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Zama Massage directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee.

Changes to Online Store Terms

We reserve the right to change these Online Store Terms from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Online Store Terms on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Online Store Terms, you must not place any further orders.
