Please note: Due to current events, Zama’s cancellation policy is relaxed.


What you need to know prior to coming to Zama:

  • All clients must wear a mask/mouth covering while inside Zama, unless vaccinated.
  • If you are sick, feel sick, or show signs of the flu or any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been around anyone who has been ill or shown signs of illness, you must stay home and not come to Zama for a minimum of 14 days. There will be no penalty for reschedules for these situations. 
  • No guests may accompany you at any time inside the spa. We need to keep a minimum amount of clients and service providers as possible at all times.
  • You will be screened at the door and asked to fill out a consent form before entering Zama. Your temperature will be taken by a touchless thermometer at this time as well.

There will be a 15-30 minute break between clients to allow for amplified sanitation/disinfection protocols and to prevent any client overlapping.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your reserved appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time without being charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will result in a late cancel charge of 50% of the appointment fee. The calculation of this fee will be based on the regular rate of the service scheduled, regardless of any discounts that would have been applied. In consideration of everyone’s valuable time, no shows will result in a full charge of the appointment. You card on file will be charged.

Expiration policy for Gift Certificates/Series/Package Massages
All gift certificates sold are valued at the purchase price. Gift certificates sold at full price never expire. However, they can be subject to an additional charge if prices have changed or a service is no longer available.

All gift certificates sold at a discount rate or massages sold in a three pack are good for one year from the date of purchase and do expire. They must be used by the expiration date indicated on the certificate.

All gift certificates that are given out for a promotion expire. Promotions include, but are not limited to, auctions, races, and raffles. Please check the expiration date and use them within that time.

All gift certificate sales on products and services are final.

Product Returns
We will refund any product within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unopened/unused and in original packaging.
We will make exchanges for products that have been opened/used within 15 days of purchase. Additional charges may apply to the exchange.

Booking appointments
A credit or debit card is required when booking online or over the phone. Please have the information ready when you book. This is required even if you are using a gift certificate. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.

Only one discount is available for use at a time.  We do not combine discounts. For example, when purchasing a discounted massage package you cannot take an additional 10% off using the senior discount.

Discounts are only applied to the price of the massage. For example, when purchasing a 60 minute massage and an enhancement service the discount is applied to the price of the massage only.

Lost Items

Please do not bring jewelry or valuable possessions to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost items.
